MEDCON 5 restrictions (Bob May email)
- adhere to counting room capacity restrictions
- maintain 6 ft. separation (briefly passing another person inside 6 ft. while moving about the counting room is inevitable and is OK)
- wear masks anytime more than one person present in the counting room
- at MEDCON 5 the lab has no cafeteria services because eating "cafeteria style" (eating in common from prepared food) is inconsistent with COVID-19 controls. Staging food in the counting room to share is inconsistent with MEDCON 5 COVID-19 controls.
- food and drink consumption - because it requires removing face coverings to consume - should be limited to packaged food and drink brought for personal use that is consumed while maintaining at least 6 ft. from the nearest person and ideally, consumed in a separate room from others.
Monday, September 1

- CPP de-installation, GEM/TRD installation started at ~ 6 am
- 0.07956B triggers PARA
- CPP test from ~ 8:45 pm up to ~ 6 am [1][2][3]
- CPP installation finished at ~ 5 pm, beam came back at ~ 8:45 pm

- TAGM missing channels due to preamp (Nick, Richard). Update

- 6 am to 6 pm CPP de-installation, GEM/TRD installation
- Ramp down the magnet
- 6 pm to 2 am, 8 hrs no-field run, 50nA on 10^-4 radiator.

- On Friday, we had no beam during the day until 8 pm
- 12B triggers: 5.56B PERP, 6.07B PARA, and 5.73 N/A (AMO)

- Hall C requests 1/2 waveplate #1 IN
- Trigger/DAQ tests for the SRC/CT

Thursday, August 27
- Last 24 hours:
- Due to Hall C current increase request, accelerator experimented with the optics => MCC recommended a HARP scan, 1st scan and 2nd scan
- Production
- Many short trips - beam stable for 5 min and then trips
- We lost 8hrs ie runs 72873 to 72876 cannot be used in analysis
- Report/issues:
- HARP scan - fit fails because of the beam trip, corrected by Hovanes
- CDC HV tripped twice: around 16:00 and around 22:00
- FDC HV tripped
- no HV alarms for CDC and FDC but problem visible on online monitoring plots and HydraRun saw it
- Hovanes reported a bug in the communication software which causes the alarm problems
