Minutes

Present:

Contract Status

Mark reported that the FSU proposal was received by Procurement. A technical review committee has been formed:

  • Dan Carman
  • Mark Ito
  • Elton Smith
  • Beni Zihlmann

We should be getting materials from Procurement this afternoon.

PMT Purchase

Hamamatsu has received the RFP from Procurement and submitted a set of questions. Mark sent answers back to Procurement.

Calibration and Alignment

Mark raised the collaboration-wide effort to come up with a calibration plan for each detector subsystem. We need to start work on this for the TOF soon.

Technical Design Report Contribution

Mark mentioned the effort to write an up-to-date Technical Design Report for GlueX. He is hoping that Paul will be able to take a look at the TOF section.
