- Big news: all lead glass blocks and crystals have been installed!
- Re-torqued pressing plates, loctite applied
- Final inspection of all installed modules: some small issues with lead glass found (chips close to PMT, glass imperfections, cookie bubbles)
- Bad/broken PMTs being replaced
- Cabling next: will begin in December/January
- Survey ongoing as of meeting, looks good so far
- Inventory of 80 uninstalled crystals: plan to make 5x5 TAC + 5x5 and 3x3 prototypes to put in PS test setup in Hall
