  • Preparation of parts for ECAL modules -- Sasha
    • Crystals:
      - Received all crystals from CRYTUR [1].
      - Available for wrapping: 35 CRYTUR
    • Received 1000 long signal cables
    • Procurement parts for the LMS:
      - 16,400 ft of optical fibers delivered to the lab. 7,600 will be delivered in September.
      - Expect to receive all plastic caps for the LMS today (can start gluing them to fibers during next week)
      - Cutting Tedlar foils, wrapping PMT light guides, etc.
    • PO submitted for PMT dividers (expect to receive the first batch in the end of June)
  • Module fabrication -- Sasha
    • Fabricated modules: Total 1572 (remaining 24 + spares)
      - 10 modules fabricated during last week
    • Report from students
  • Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
    • Visual inspections of fabricated modules [2]
      -1357 modules have been checked (572 SICCAS + 785 CRYTUR) [3]
    • Testing and labeling signal cables (connect flash ADC with the detector distribution panel) [4]
      - 725 long signal cables have been tested [5]
      - Cable tester and label maker
      - 12 bundles of signal cables are ready (out of 100)
    • Removing signal cables from the FCAL [6]
  • Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad
    • All dividers have been ordered (by Chris S.)
    • Preparing setups for testing modules and dividers
