Garfield Simulation of signals
Left simulation, right real data Below are GARFIELD simulated Fe-55 spectra. The gas gain used is 1.65x10^5
HV-plateau curve and Noise vs HV
Different symbols are different channels/straws.
Check if 125 MHz clock is working with a 300 MHz block pulse input
Pedestal
The pedestal mean was between 993 and 1365 channels at Aug 2008 with all channels working. Now the pedestal mean is between 0 and 437 channels. This mean I have to move the baseline up a little bit...but the spread of the mean did not change.
Pedestals when the HVB is connected to the CDC
Pedestal vs time (1000 event runs) is plotted.
Channels 12-13-14 show some (signs of) problems:
Pedestals when HVB is not connected
Pedestal vs time (1000 event runs) is plotted.
