Yes 125~MHz clock is correct.

Pedestal

The pedestal mean was between 993 and 1365 channels at Aug 2008 with all channels working. Now the pedestal mean is between 0 and 437 channels. This mean I have to move the baseline up a little bit...but the spread of the mean did not change.
