- 9:30 am EST (JLab time) remote only
- Zoom meeting ID: 161 050 9142 Passcode: 004965
Agenda
- Preparation for mass production of FCAL2 modules -- Sasha
- DSG has preshaped more than 200 ESR foils, had a meeting today regarding wrapping crystals
- Olga visited JLab: prepared 3 sets of Silicon cookies and tested diameter of about 300 PMTs
- quite a few PMTs have to be exchanged with NPS
- Two fixtures (42 cookies in each) and digital scales have been ordered. The loan agreement with GWU will be submitted for approval in the beginning of next week.
- Igal is cutting Tedlar and Kapton
- Some backlog with brazing straps, communicated with Tim and Mark regarding getting Chris more involved.
- Quite a few mu-metal housings are tight (no space for kapton film) have to be 'polished', met with Tim

- Modules fabricated by Arshak and Sasha (list on Google Drive) (grand total 115, fabricated in about a month)
- Fabricated modules in TEDF
- Status of fabrication
- Budget estimates requested by Eugene (construction, parts including 50 crystals, electronics, engineering (frame, parts, infrastructure)): 600 k
- Light Monitoring System
- COMCAL tests, TAC running, etc.
- Data analysis
- Simulations
