- Preparation for mass production of FCAL2 modules -- Sasha
- DSG has preshaped more than 200 ESR foils, had a meeting today regarding wrapping crystals
- Olga visited JLab: prepared 3 sets of Silicon cookies and tested diameter of about 300 PMTs
- quite a few PMTs have to be exchanged with NPS
- Two fixtures (42 cookies in each) and digital scales have been ordered. The loan agreement with GWU will be submitted for approval in the beginning of next week.
- Igal is cutting Tedlar and Kapton
- Some backlog with brazing straps, communicated with Tim and Mark regarding getting Chris more involved.
- Quite a few soft iron housings are tight (no space for kapton film) have to be 'polished', met with Tim
- Module fabrication -- Sasha
- Modules fabricated by Arshak and Sasha (list on Google Drive) (grand total 115, fabricated in about a month)
- Fabricated modules in TEDF
- Status of fabrication
- Budget estimates requested by Eugene (construction, parts including 50 crystals, electronics, engineering (frame, parts, infrastructure)): 600 k

- Detector support group has been preshaping ESR foils and about to start wrapping crystals
- Olga prepared cookies and checked PMT diameters
- PMTs that don't meet our tolerance spec exchanged with NPS
- Sasha ordered 3 more fixtures for cookie prep
- Loan agreement with GWU to be approved soon, also need contract with GWU
- GWU could also help with light guides, cutting foils, divider tests
- 1510 PMTs in total expected from Hamamatsu + 140 in COMCAL
- Module fabrication continues, now have 115 completed as of the meeting
- Liping was contacted by a former student interested in machine learning
- Igal has a potential project 5
