Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha
- - signal cables - done
- - signal patch panel [1] - done
- - HV cables: received 165 cables 1445 in total
- - HV distribution boards: in preparation
- - LV cables: 100 cables received, 250 cables in total
- - LV distribution boards. Received 4 boards, performed initial cehck, need to solder connectors [2]
- - Optical fibers and parts for the trigger/DAQ have been ordered
Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
- - Testing and labeling cables, 100 short LV cables tested and labeled during this week.
- - Prepare modules for the TAC and prototypes (using crystals with some imperfections)
  - 26 modules for TAC [3] and 35 modules [4] for the beam tests are ready
- - Radiation tests of the PMT active base [5]
  - Finished tests, working on the tech note
- - Inventory database and GUI for installed electronics
- - Summer Students (2023)
Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad / George
- - Testing procedure [6]
- - Tested 637 divider (all fabricated dividers) [7]. No dividers produced during this week.
- - Spare PMTs, have about 20, likely need more for the future (order 30 more )?
Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha / Vlad
- Detector installation [8][9][10]
- Installation of the LMS
  - 127 fibers installed during this week (313 in total) [11]
- Cable and divider installation [12]
- Still no power on the ECAL platform (expect delay with the development of the trigger/DAQ)
