prototype status

Paul: another lab room some extra money spent on things • machine shop will mill light guides, but... • lathe purchased for polishing • buffer station with pads moving from measurement with test system to Giles approach using new trigger processor problems with f1 tdc: resolution is not locked

 beni: change configuration file to use larger bin size
 using front panel control signals before
 when tdc initializing with signals present get unlock
 solution is to switch between front panel and back panel
 now trigger can be held off

full crate has been requested from fast electronics group

 purchase in december, can run coda
