2. Status of GlueX-II data production at NERSC and PSC (Dave)
   • near term plan: shift some processing back to JLab farm; investigate processing at IU; hope to complete spring data by the end of the year

   • reproduce PS skims and make first REST version
4. SRC proposal
   • anticipate response from Curtis and George soon
5. Enhancing collaboration
   • GlueX photobook, login to portal and click "people" -- please add photos! Over two-thirds of the collaboration is still missing.
6. PAC: jeopardy session is tomorrow

7. Specific areas where specialized help is needed -- contact Matt if you are interested in contributing to these
   • TAGH calibration, hardware maintenance, etc.
   • Systematic studies of kinematic fitting, efficiency of chi^2 cuts, etc., in data and MC

   • Development of offsite data processing systems
   • Maintenance of online monitoring tools (rootspy or full transition to hydra)
