- Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha
- - signal cables: all cables are ready. 240 have been labeled during this week.
- - signal patch panels are ready [1]
- - HV cables: 140 short cables (expect to receive most of them in 1-2 weeks), 36 long cables are in production
- - HV distribution boards: check HV distribution boards during this week. Chris is finalizing design of the distribution board, should order 4 boards soon.
- - LV cables: ordered, lead time unclear
- - LV distribution boards: met with Chris and Stephanie on Monday last week. The design of the LV distribution board has been fixed.
- - Optical fibers: received all
- Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
- - Tested and labeled 240 short signal cables (Recently labeled cables in boxes)
- - Prepare modules for the TAC and prototypes (using crystals with some imperfections) [2]
- - Polished about 80 fiber plastic caps
- - Summer Students (2023)
- Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad / Aoran / Boaxin
- Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha / Vlad / Hakob
- Light monitoring system
- Plastic caps have been glued to all fibers
- Returning low-quality crystals to SICCAS -- Sasha
- 11 crystals were wrapped and placed into the box; they are ready for shipment to SICCAS [13]

- All short signal cables have arrived and have been checked
- All long signal cables arrived
- Signal patch panels arrived
- Some HV cables have been delayed, others in production
- Issue with interlock for CAEN multi-pin connectors
- Design for LV distribution board finalized
- Polishing fiber plastic caps for LMS system
- Have inventory of ~80 lead tungstate modules with imperfections (chips, ...)
- Plan to make 5x5 array to replace TAC (use G10 housing because no magnetic field in TAC position + no light guides)
- Plan to make another 5x5 array to measure shower profile, use for various tests in PS setup in Hall
- PMT dividers under production
- All PMT dividers to be tested in dark box using LED
- 4 racks in installed in Hall, being populated with electronics, power installation in ~2 weeks
- Cooling blocks for FCAL to be hooked up by Tim's group
- Next cables and LMS need to be installed (December?)
- Waiting for results from survey+alignment crew
