- Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha

- - LV cables: 100 cables received, 640 cables in total
- - LV distribution boards [2]. Have to populate with connectors, and design a box around the PCB

- Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad / George

- - About 1420 dividers have been fabricated (Chris, Armen, Mindy)
- - Started removing power regulators on the newly fabricated dividers
- - George has recently tested 142 dividers (1063 have been tested in total) [7].
- - Adding ECAL (and updating FCAL) translation table in the TT.DB (needed for EPICS scalers)
- Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha / Vlad / Hakob / Laveen

- Installation of the ECAL LMS
- Installation of cables and dividers,
- Beam tests with the PS test setup

- Installation of the LMS
- 1132 fibers have been installed [8]
