MEDCON 5 restrictions (Bob May email)
- adhere to counting room capacity restrictions
- maintain 6 ft. separation (briefly passing another person inside 6 ft. while moving about the counting room is inevitable and is OK)
- wear masks anytime more than one person present in the counting room
- at MEDCON 5 the lab has no cafeteria services because eating "cafeteria style" (eating in common from prepared food) is inconsistent with COVID-19 controls. Staging food in the counting room to share is inconsistent with MEDCON 5 COVID-19 controls.
- food and drink consumption - because it requires removing face coverings to consume - should be limited to packaged food and drink brought for personal use that is consumed while maintaining at least 6 ft. from the nearest person and ideally, consumed in a separate room from others.

- Last 72 hours:
- Production
- On Friday:
- After being down since 2am (vacuum issue), the beam came back at 9am and a empty target run started (target was emptied during the beam down time). Beam down after 30min due to NLvacuum issue and 5th pass separator issue. Beam came back at ***
- During beam down time, Kondo accessed the Hall to install a new power supply for a GEM (PS area)
- Sunday swing: SRC trigger fine tuning + taking data with SRC trigger. 1 shift. A. Somov
- Reports/issues:
- Run plan
- Continue production runs
- Monday Sept. 14th: 10am-16:00: 6h of beam study. Access list:
- Vladimir Berdnikov (PS area, 1h)??
- Thursday or Friday Sept. 17th/18th: Hall C pass change from 5 to 1 pass. We should request to run on our own slit.
- Special tasks remaining:
- Periodic harp scans (last one done on Sept. 5th). The rates and transmission have been stable
- Beam rastering test
- Check CCal active basis with 2nA beam. 2h. A. Somov. To be scheduled when Hall C is at 1-pass, Hall A is down and we have our own slit.

- Last 24 hours:
- Production, but RF recovery+NL troubles+vacuum issue resulted in only about 6h of useable beam.
- Hall accesses by Lubomir (to reset a crate) and Mark D. (to fix non-working BCal pulser) during scheduled beam down time.
- Hall access by Vladimir Berdnikov (PS area) to reinsert crystals and check communication.
- Reports/issues:
- Run plan
- One last empty target run (2h) (current diamond radiator config., 350 nA)
- Continue production runs
- SRC trigger fine tuning + taking data with SRC trigger. 1 shift (Saturday swing). A. Somov
- Monday Sept. 14th: 10am-16:00: 6h of beam study.
- Tuesday Sept. 15th: due to All Hand Meeting at 9am, RC meeting is cancelled (unless something important happens).

- Production, with beam available for most of the day. A lot of beam trips however, which will be taken care of by impromptu RF recovery tomorrow.
- Reports/issues:
- BCal hot channel (Fixed by Sergey)
- New PWO crystals installed
- Waiting for CCAL
- Run plan
- Continue production runs
- Large amount of beam trips due to Hall A beam steering problem. Beam will be down at (tentatively) 9am today for an expected 1 or 2h to address the problem.
- Tuesday Sept. 15th: 3h of beam study expected
- Thursday or Friday Sept. 17th/18th: Hall C pass change from 5 to 1 pass
- Special tasks remaining:
- Beam rastering test
- Periodic harp scans (last one done on Sept. 5th). The rates and transmission have been stable
- Empty target run?
