svn rev 9031 comprised three related changes:
- Change the default value of the MIN_CLUSTER_BLOCK_COUNT parameter from 2 to 1, allowing DFCALCluster objects to be formed from a single block FCAL hit.
- Update non-linear energy correction coefficients for this change.
- Add a loose timing cut (+-5 ns) at the DFCALShower stage to cut down on additional clusters from EM background that this change will cause.
