Updated design of goniometer

Hi All, Just a brief update on the status of the goniometer since I can't make it to the Hall-D tagger meeting on monday.
A rough updated design can be seen at [1]
This was done on the basis of previous discussions and more feedback from Newport.
I'm just waiting on one final piece of information from Newport then it should be possible to complete the spec document and start the procurement process.
