Sdobbs timing resolution notes

Need to add:
- TOF Point resolutions
- SC hit resolutions (as function of z)
- BCAL/FCAL shower resolutions
- BCAL in progress???
some of these happen in matching =(
Also flight time/momentum correlation.
- See if this actually matters anywhere? kinematic fit?
Compare to MC??
