We were scheduled for 152h of CW beam on target, but only received 80.6h (53%). Our ABU was at 78.2h (51%). The lost time included the standard orientation changes, DAQ issues, and a couple minor unplanned accesses.

The first few days of my RC period was plagued by poor accelerator performance. An example of this was The Thursday 10/11 Owl shift, where it took 7 hours to complete an amorphous run. Thursday swing shift further experienced poor performance from the accelerator, but also was experiencing unstable beam position. On Friday morning, it was decided that MCC would spend the day working on the accelerator with the hopes of delivering stable beam of the weekend. This was a success, as we experienced very stable beam through out the whole weekend.

When beam returned on Friday evening, we asked for a refocus of our beam as it had not been converging on the radiator in Y for quite some time. MCC spent an hour working on this with the result being no improvement. Hovanes then realigned the diamonds in preparation for weekend running.

Monday and Tuesday saw the standard beam studies and RF recovery. During this time, it was also decided that a retune of our beam was necessary, as the spot size due to the lack of Y convergence was causing a significant loss of polarized events. Todd started this on Wednesday morning, and spent most of the day working on it.
