PMT tiles missing after restarting data taking

Missing tiles from North Box in Rootspy occupancy plot
Missing tiles from South Box in EPIC scalar plot


Description on the Symptoms

After restarting DAQ, the missing tiles can be seen on the occupancy plots on Rootspy (see an example image to the right). The same missing tile can be observed on the 2D scalar screen too.

Solution

  1. Stop the current run.
  2. Completely restart Coda (by pressing STOP button on the RCM GUI).
  3. Start Coda normally (Configure->Download->Prestart->Start)
  4. Call DIRC expert if problem was not resolved.
