Online Monitoring Data Validation
From GlueXWiki
This page contains offsite online monitoring procedures for Spring 2020.

Procedures
- An email is sent out twice per day, at 5 AM and 5 PM, JLab time (but only if you are on the mailing list, send Keigo a request to be put on that list.)
- Monitors should create a log entry that includes the run range of plots you examined and any discrepancies that you noted.
- Please focus on the discrepancies in your log entry, for example a short statement that "Everything looks OK, except the following:" is preferred.
- If discrepancies exist, please notify the run coordinator with your log post. Current run coordinator: X
- Monitors are welcome to check monitoring results more often, but are only expected to check the monitoring results when they receive the monitoring email, i.e., once per shift.
- Monitors should also look at the HydraRun webpage. It shows the occupancy plots for each detectors for the run currently taken. If there is a problem the black square will become red.

Occupancy Reference Plots
CDC Occupancy: There should be a uniform decrease in intensity from the center of the detector outward. Random white cells scattered throughout occur when not enough data were collected, eg empty target runs, trigger tests or no beam. Several contiguous white, dark blue or bright yellow cells which don't match the neighboring cells are a problem.
