   • Gluing completed last week, cured over the weekend. Final mirrors taped in place today
   • Silicone seal and mirror box assembly over the next few days
   • Plan installation by the end of the week and survey to follow next week

   • After mirror boxes are installed with new diffusers we'll retake LED data (maybe this afternoon for North OB)
