- Announcements
- USM has shipped signed MOU via TNT Express, should arrive later this week.
- USM connected using ESnet and voice communication was excellent. (ESnet dropped out once at the JLab end but unrelated to USM connection).

- Statement of work is now needed to be worked out in detail. It needs to be accompanied by a Fasttrack Schedule with milestones. Will to revisit early draft and update for next meeting.
- Simulation runs
- Simulation of cosmic-ray runs are ongoing and will be ready in time to analyze data.
- Cosmic-ray setup at UofR
- 3rd point completed, will add 2 more points and repeat measurement at center of module.
- Measurements take long time to accumulate the data and are being impacted by power outages in Regina
- Overall spectra look reasonable and roughly scale by anticipated factors.
- Extraction of the npe/MeV numbers will require careful analysis and checks of data quality.
- Geometry
- SiPM Radiation Hardness Test (Update from Yi)
- 1x1 and 3x3 mm2 samples were intially tested by Carl and are now being irradiated by the AmBe neutron source from Radcon.
- Ji has updated his web links to reflect latest calculations by Pavel and his interpretation of those calculations.
