- - HV long cable: Sammy and Mindy have to assemble 10 cables

- - Fix front panel of two LV distribution boards, re-install the boards on the detector frame [3]
- - LED: Started testing the prototype of the LMS (need to make the detector room light tight)

Waiting for 4 HV distribution boards
- Will be placed in boxes outside detector dark room with feedthroughs for cables
- estimated time of arrival unknown
2 bundles of HV cables installed, 2 more bundles almost ready
Need to address problems with LV distribution boards
Still using temporary light source for LMS, but final board design ready
- Need to fix some issues with optical fibers
PMT divider/cable installation in insert continues
- Completion of last 4 layers to go
- Cable gap between top half and bottom half needed to be adjusted
  - Added some space for velcro straps to secure chains
- Now installing by column
- 95 dividers to go, goal is to finish by end of August
Integration of FCAL-2 into DAQ will start in September
- ECAL will be separate DAQ component similar to CCAL
- Will use new VTP module, new firmware needed
Need to work on calibration plan outline/document
