  • Delivery schedule for second batch of SICCAS crystals remains uncertain
    • Plan to wait one more week for update, maybe need to put hold on ordering more?

    • Company is interested, claim can deliver 600 by end of 2022
    • Sasha plans to meet with CRYTUR representatives this week to describe JEF/FCAL insert project
  • NPS (Hall C) previously procured 460 crystals from SICCAS but were not happy with quality -- maybe we can get these?
  • Liping working on letter to management updating status of the JEF project
  • Work on PMT divider continues: Fernando working on design for new prototype of PMT base
    • Amplifier with separate power supply
    • Time scale is 1-2 weeks
  • COMCAL will use old base design but with bypassed amplifier, possible 3x amplifier for inner modules
    • COMCAL refurbishment continues -- Josh making steady progress on LMS, lemo connectors installed, PMT dividers being rebuilt,...
  • GW, URegina, UNCW groups can work on divider characterization -- Sasha will work on list of what can be done off-site
  • A few more modules have been constructed, but construction rate is slow due to limited manpower
    • Sasha will come up with construction plan with FTEs -- expect to get some help from Tim W.'s group
    • Phil can provide some students to help out next summer
  • Zisis' student will be available to start work on island algorithm studies in May
