Finalizing design of the vacuum chamber

1) Positions of 0.3 GeV and 9 GeV electrons at the focal plane. All numbers are given in 'mm' in the goniometer coordinate system.

• 0.3 GeV (x,z) = (-693.99, 4150.9)
• 9.0 GeV (x,z) = (-1887.1, 12586.9)

The focal plane angle = 8.05 deg

2) The distance between the vacuum chamber exit window and the focal plane is 6 cm (was 12 cm). Positions of 0.3 GeV and 9 GeV electrons at the exit window are:

• 0.3 GeV (x,z) = (-623.38,4083.1)
• 9.0 GeV (x,z) = (-1767.6,12170.7)
