Detector naming scheme

From Fernando's email:

• TAGM - tagger microscope (movable)
• TAGH - tagger hodoscope (fixed)
• PS - pair spectrometer
• PSC - pair spectrometer counters (low granularity)
• ST - start counter
• CDC - central drift chambers
• FDC - forward drift chambers
• TOF - time-of-flight
• BCAL - barrel calorimeter
• FCAL - forward calorimeter

Implementation involves changing DANA header file and object names.
