2π0 simulation

  • Program genScalarRegge: generator for π0π0 events
    • f0(500), f0(980), f0(1370), f2(1270) and "double-regge" background
    • Interference between all resonances and background implemented
    • No baryon backgrounds included
    • Also can generate ηπ0 events
  • Comparison of π0π0 mass distribution generated using genScalarRegge (red) and real data (spring 2020, dark blue)
