We reviewed ???Chuck's drawing shown at an earlier meeting. Mark talked to Chuck and identified the various regions. See his ???notes for details.

The current target design is basically a copy of the Hall B design. The JLab target group did not contribute directly to the design. UMass has agreed to work on target issues. We discussed adding target discussion to this meeting so that we have a forum for discussion of issues, especially those having to do with mechanical support and the space budget. The addition of solid targets is an important wrinkle in all of this.

Werner has a new target geometry that he gave to Sascha. Sascha will incorporate the new geometry into HDDS.
