TOF and Start Counter Schedule
Chuck has put schedules into Fastrack for both systems. Tim is in the process of reviewing them. There are still lots of details to fill-in/correct. Chuck will send tell us how to find the current version.

Sascha noted that for forward going tracks could encounter a large amount of material if they cross the start counter upstream of the bend in the counters and that perhaps we should move that point farther back.
