Notes:
- priority 1: need the answer yesterday, crucial for planning
- priority 2: will eventually have to get done, any progress is work saved in the future
- priority 3: would be nice to have, can be delayed, long-term benefits
Manpower:
- priority 1: manpower needs to be allocated now, reports to group given frequently
- priority 2: appropriate to assign to new collaborators or others looking for projects
- priority 3: no manpower should be assigned
Current priority 1 items:
- need to map magnet
- multi-track, multi-photon events
- charge division in the CDC
