The second Online Data Challenge is an expanded and revised version of the previously planned (and now superceded) Dec 2013 Online Data Challenge. It is scheduled to take place in the Hall-D counting house in Spring 2014. A series of milestones (described below) must occur prior to the data challenge to make it possible.
