#**From Director of Operations C. Ginsburg: "Most of accelerator division will be in meetings during that time.  No accelerator work will be allowed: no beam, no accesses, no repairs, no work in the test lab, etc.  We will have one SSO on shift and one crew chief on-call.  Experimenters shall not have accesses.  In case of human emergency, please call 911 as usual.  In case of equipment emergency (fire, helium plume, etc.), please call the SSO and we will address the problem as appropriate.  RadCon is not affected by our stand down."
