Past 24 hours
- No beam for ~14 hours (5:15-19:30) due to beam tuning and cryomodule issues.
- Did harp scan when the beam was back during swing shift https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4079511. The sigmas of u and y positions at radiator were somewhat larger and lie outside the preferred range, monitoring PS rates.
- Took production data on Full LHe target. Since yesterday we collected 1.0 B events.

Friday, November 11
Past 24 hours
- Since the beam was not converging as desired we asked accelerator people to tune beam optics for Hall D. After beam tuning MCC did harp scan followed by our harp scans. - SRF Vacuum issues, Hall B Solenoid PS Failure. No beam from 14:29-23:04.
- During owl shift DAQ event rate dropped because FADC250 in Slot 3 of the rocfcal4 crate was dead. Sergey disconnect FCALRoc4 from trigger to recover event rate to 17 kHz. Sasha replaced the FADC module in the morning (took around ~1h) and connected FCALRoc4 to the trigger. This wasn't critical for PrimEx since the this slot is at the edge of FCAL.

- Beam very unstable, beam/AC position changing a lot. Let MCC know, they turned on the orbit locks and the position at AC became more stable, but beam is very trippy.
- Had a really smooth data taking throughout owl and early riser shifts.
Plan
- Accelerator maintenance started at 6:45 am, will last until 2:45 pm.
- Mark and Malte will go into the hall to work on FCAL.

- Since yesterday we collected 0.6 B events.
Shift Summary

- Alex noticed that no new files have been copied to the farm from the counting house since run 111443 from Monday morning. Sergey says that this problem happens occasionally and he will take care of this.
- Sasha found some issues with BCAL LED trigger. The level translation board has a problem that results in producing some extraneous trigger pulses for the downstream led trigger. Will be replaced when there are spare modules.
- The right CO2 and Argon gas supplies look low, also Thomas mentioned that right CO2 canister was making a possibly anomalous buzzing sound.
Plan
- Continue taking production data with full target.
- Igal taking over run coordination at 1:30 pm.
- Hall C plans to do luminosity scan on Thursday with 70 uA, so the beam might become unstable.
