On call pager is operational now.
Minor issues need to be implemented to provide rauthomatic restoration after a loss of power.
Two categories of automatic pages:

Guard shack related: these are sent out anyway when the system shows up as down in the guard shack. There will not be a automatic [page if IOC is down.
Unrelated to the Guard Shack: these automatic pages are sent out to us, but there is no alarm condition on the screen in the Guard Shack.

Can disable the paging for 15 minutes by pressing SILENCE_PAGER. No channel will generate a page for q5 minutes.
The only automatic page we will not receive at this point is from the IOC being down. Guard shack will page us for that.
