* Updated trigger distribution firmware will be ready soon (for TI, TS, etc) for distribution of block readout levels.

* Ed should have updated FADC250 and F1TDC firmware next week.

* Cody will implement the readout conventions in the FADC125 in a few months, after the modules are working and tested.

* Firmware for CTP, SSP, GTP under development.

* Bryan M will modify readout libs as needed for the new firmware.  You will have to use the lib corresponding to the firmware in your modules.

Chris said there is one week delivery for trigger fibers.  He will order them as needed and his guys will install them.  He will install them as the cable trays become available and as the need arises.

Elliott and Paul will get the raid-to-silo system going.  Initial vsn will just move files as they appear in the staging area (delete-on-copy).  Eventually files will be kept on the RAID system until space is needed (just-in-time-deletion).  In order to have reasonable numbers of data files in a single directory the dirs will be organized by run period and run number.
