Skim Standard Cuts
- Combined tracking confidence level (FOM) must be >= 0.001
- Combined PID confidence level (FOM) must be >= 0.001
- VERY loose cuts around invariant/missing mass peaks (keep enough data around peak to do sideband subtraction if desired)
