20-30W at 24 K hydrogen use 5 W in Hall B hallB heater 2-3 W typical 19 K, 3 psi over atmosphere, supercooled for no bubbles 1.5 W at 4 K for helium

right now swamped with polarized target for hall a
putting things into change request, including cost estimate
starting with flow for saclay target; probably can be simpler
in halls a and c minimize automated valves
