SiPM Gain Measurement

Eric has done a single photo-electron measurement on a tube to determine its gain as a precursor to measuring the SiPM gain. Fernando Barbosa is waiting on this measurement to finalize his design.

sraifht elgen board , put that at different position can measure the gain of the sipm

Scintillator Quality

Light Yield Studies

Equipment Difficulties

did a single photon measuemrnt of phototube, number os photoelectrons

sraifht elgen board , put that at different position can measure the gain of the sipm

hv problemsd, fixed yesterday

looking at mcneal bar

one broken edges look good a month has passed, noticing internal crazing as seen in previous bars took up to lab, looked at it with laser, see defects, see same haze o fine tracks, internal crazing 2mm ej212 bar originally sent same sort of deterization 3 mm bar srai=ght, also 204 bar, they look fine, kept at FIU, handled only by werner and Eric

internal crazing

mainframe hv died, can only turn on 2 or three channels 1454 want to borrow something CAEN unit belongs to pyrex need 6 channels model number for caen mainframe look at hall b mainframe caen sy2527

dollar amount of contract, does that sijmplify

frame proposal writing process for werner measure scintillators get them started on next batch no money, get started on next batch

is there a way we can fund them
