Cart Operation Plan

- People authorized to perform the following procedures.
- Eric Scott
- Moving the cart from one position to another (Alcove / Platform)
- Carriage must be moved to the marked transport position and secured in place and the outrigger wheel must be moved to its marked transport position and secured in place.
- Three people, all pushing and watching for obstructions will move the cart and align it in its new position.
- Cart in the platform position
- Ensure that the cart is secured with the levelers extended and the wheels locked.
- Verify that the AC limit switches are correctly calibrated.
- Cart must have motion locks enabled and outriggers tightened before use.
- Moving the carriage
- Must have at least 3 people on the platform to move the carriage on top of the cart.
- Position the outrigger on the longest side of the carriage and furthest from the cart.
- Cart in alcove position
- Ensure that the cart is fastened to the alignment angles and the the cart levelers and wheel locks are engaged.
