##Gary machined the HV distribution block support brackets in the form of several pieces which fit together to form a ring and mount on the standoffs from the Al endplate.  They are shown in the photos behind the original cooling ring.  There are insulating barriers (teflon washers and nylon bolts) at approximately 2 and 8 o'clock to prevent eddy currents. There are extra holes in the pieces to provide a place to tie cables if necessary.

##Amy has been preparing 2 more large scintillator paddles as possible replacements in case something unfortunate should happen to the others.

##Naomi had some trouble with concatenating CODA files due to earlier data filling the space between the last event data and the end of the file; this can be fixed in the decoding code.

##Cody described that following some discussion with the fa250 software architects the timing algorithm would be more easily implemented using stack machines in the front-end, he will provide more details later.  He has not tackled the upsampling yet but is optimistic that it should also run in the front-end.

  2. CDC Update
    1. Gary machined the HV distribution block support brackets in the form of several pieces which fit together to form a ring and mount on the standoffs from the Al endplate. They are shown in the photos behind the original cooling ring. There are insulating barriers (teflon washers and nylon bolts) at approximately 2 and 8 o'clock to prevent eddy currents. There are extra holes in the pieces to provide a place to tie cables if necessary.
    2. Amy has been preparing 2 more large scintillator paddles as possible replacements in case something unfortunate should happen to the others.
    3. Naomi had some trouble with concatenating CODA files due to earlier data filling the space between the last event data and the end of the file; this can be fixed in the decoding code.
  3. FPGA Update
    1. Cody described that following some discussion with the fa250 software architects the timing algorithm would be more easily implemented using stack machines in the front-end, he will provide more details later. He has not tackled the upsampling yet but is optimistic that it should also run in the front-end.
