1. Last 24h:
   • Straight tracks during the day, Justin & Sean working to debug recon and analyze the data
   • Sean got the general detector checkout done.
   • Sasha did the PS threshold scan and set up the PS trigger for Richard's uscope scan
   • Richard's uscope scans half done, interrupted by fake PSS button press from tagger hall
   • Sasha setting up trigger config for straight tracks w GEM
   • MCC to start setting up hall A for RF stress testing tomorrow so trips expected during swing and owl
2. Issues
   • Solenoid alarm
   • PSS fault
3. Plan for today
   • Hope to collect enough straight tracks in GEM position 1 to move to 2 when Justin gives the okay, possibly at 6am
   • Move GEM to position 2, then take more data until ~4pm?
   • Move GEM to position 3, then take more data until ~6am Friday?
4. Plan for later
   • Alexandre's comprehensive runplan now at 3-4
