 gain 4.4 10^6

MOU

 meeting
 elton created a schedule in Fastrack
   project probably within budget
   contributions from shop offset increases in overhead
   allow us to move ahead with MOU on the JLab side 
   Paul will send out new version of MOU
   schedule posted on the docdb

 want to compare with splitting, 
 new trigger system, working, take higher rate, daq-wise
   still old trigger paddles
 new trigger paddles are there, but no room in current light-tight box
 received new JLab leading edge discriminator, doing test to compare with philips, prelim: Jlab looks better
 Sasha has written code to control thresholds
 results not completely ready

fernando also promised flash, want 12-bit, fernando offered 10-bit Next steps: Move out of black box, new trigger scheme, new wrapping Light guide design more or less ready changing thickness of the bar? to cover pmt surface, one paddle 3 cm thick in hand

Calibration system fibers on both sides with laser? common with whole experiment?

real estate: problem fitting in bent light guides and PMT's
