- Igal gave an update on η→π0γγ
- Using low-level objects instead of reaction filter/DSelector
- Saw no obvious difference between GlueX and JEF, for either shower reconstruction algorithm, when TOF veto was not applied
- Saw differences between GlueX and JEF when the TOF veto was applied
- Crystal wrapping continues: 10 new ones, 5 more week of 11/21/22
- Next batch of crystals next month, 60 outstanding
- All brass assemblies are now on site, some straps still fail
- Total number of fabricated modules = 1348, expect to have constructed 1400 by end of the year
- January: take COMCAL apart
- Sasha went over task division (JEF responsibility vs engineering support) for FCAL2 installation in great detail
- List of tasks + manpower (student support)
- Several groups (Lamar U., FIU, GWU, URegina,...) will be sending students to the Lab during the late spring/summer
- Need space for students in CEBAF center + EEL

- Sasha working on test stand for PMT divider studies
- PMT divider procurement coming up soon
- Sasha working on contract with GWU for PMT divider work
- Arshak continuing to work on LMS studies with plexiglas+fibers
- Put 25% absorber on border (~4 cm) of plexiglas -- improved uniformity in 1D plot, will look at 2D plot
- 33% absorber on order
- Preparing for crosstalk measurements
- Tim W. tentative design for holding plexiglas plate in place
