- Sasha and Josh have filled out a spreadsheet tabulating QA results for 192 crystals currently in house
- Suspicious (outlier) crystals flagged with red text
- Some crystals have missing chamfers
- Will wrap some crystals over the weekend
- We discussed arranging a meeting with SICCAS to discuss our observations and discuss potential improvements
- Second batch of crystals from SICCAS production finished some time in September?
- Sasha showed photographs of crystals installed in test box on one of the arms of the PS in Hall-D
- Do benchmark measurements with "good" crystals, then replace these with discolored blocks
- 8 new light guides were delivered to the lab
- 19 soft iron shields have been annealed, 100 more (unannealed) expected in ~2 weeks
- 82 mu-metal shields have arrived at the lab
- Plan to have modified PMT base dividers to be installed in COMCAL in time for TAC run, within next 2 weeks?
- Liping will work on letter of intent for Snowmass2021 planning meeting
- For future JEF-related outreach, Phil mentioned the Gordon and Betty Moore foundation convening awards
- No word yet on NSF-MRI proposal
