Counting house UPS

Elliott, Chris, Dave A and Walt Akers will meet later this week to reevaluate UPS requirements for the counting house. The goal is to have the UPS installed right after the counting house becomes available, as the UPS is the largest "customer installed" item. The goal is to have it delivered by late summer, when we think we will get access to the building.

P3E sub-tasks

At the previous meeting Eugene asked us to define all the tasks in the P3E schedule and develop sub-tasks that can be tracked and reported back to the 12GeV project. About a week later Dave, Hovanes and Elliott had written a paragraph or two for each P3E item (can be found on the Online wiki home page). During the following week we developed an Excel spreadsheet that listed each task and its sub-tasks (stored in svn, not quite finished yet). We also created a Mantis project suitable for listing real world tasks ("boots on the ground" tasks) and correlating them back to the Excel spreadsheet. The goal for the upcoming week is to generate real world tasks in Mantis that the DAQ group will work on. Recall that the DAQ group will charge back to the Hall D budget for these (and only these!) tasks.
