Prototype

 want to compare with splitting,
new trigger system, working, take higher rate, daq-wise
   still old trigger paddles
new trigger paddles are there, but no room in current light-tight box
received new JLab leading edge discriminator, doing test to compare with philips, prelim: Jlab looks better
Sasha has written code to control thresholds
 results not completely ready

fernando also promised flash, want 12-bit, fernando offered 10-bit Next steps: Move out of black box, new trigger scheme, new wrapping Light guide design more or less ready changing thickness of the bar? to cover pmt surface, one paddle 3 cm thick in hand

Calibration system fibers on both sides with laser? common with whole experiment?

real estate: problem fitting in bent light guides and PMT's
