Attendees: Bill, Igal, Sasha, Laveen, Vlad, Hakob, Ilya, Phil, S.T.
- Bill will be representing JEF at a workshop in Krakow, Poland in September (19th-20th): [8]. We should provide him slides this month.
- Installation of PMT dividers in the top half of ECAL continues
- Looking at signals on oscilloscope
- Rate 1 layer/day
- Found some loose connections and loose soldering joints (connnecting PMT sockets to printed circuit boards)
- Assembly of HV cables continues (now have 30 out of 36)
- Will have two bundles of 18 connected to HV distribution boards
- Laveen gave an update on 2-shower separation studies using Island Algorithm for HyCAL geometry
- Separation efficiency depends on relative energy between 2 showers
