- Discuss changes made as a result of the review last fall to prepare for procurements

Minutes/Actions
- Plan for removing (decommission) KPT is to use Airpad casters that we procure for the CPS install
- Will need to mend path between concrete and steel at cave entrance (sheet metal will do)
- Need to extend rails to be able to move KPT assy north when going back to GlueX
