Production checklist
- Check RF monitoring plots - done, fixed timeshifts for 1005811, 100911-100915
- Check other monitoring histos - done, checked ver24 then fixed issues if possible
- Recalibrations - done
- TPOL tree plugin - good
- Geometry - done
- FDC t0 (Alex)
- Asked PIs about CPk shifts + a few monitoring issues - done
- Include the ps_flux and trigger_skims in the list of plugins for REST production
- Final monitoring launch to check recalibrations - note problems below
- Ilya found something strange with skim files, waiting for Alex to get a closer look.
Please check the calibration of your detector. In addition, we should make absolutely sure that all the necessary information was included in the REST files and that all skims and trees look reasonable: * REST file: raw FMWPC, CTOF hits and matches, FCAL data for neural net * trigger skims: ctof, ps, random, sync (converted_random without beam fiducial map) * tree_PSFlux, tree_TPOL * physics skims: cpp_2c, npp_2g, npp_2pi0
Needed for simulation
- Trigger emulation (for simulation, Sasha will do this when finished w PrimEx3 flux calc)
- CTOF and FMWPC in HDDMWriter (Albert) - done
- Random trigger skim (Peter will generate the beam fiducial table from the ps_flux trees and then use that with the random trigger skims to generate the random event files)
- CCDB tables (FDC wire efficiency)
2022 Run List
Run Lists
- Albert's list of CPP-NPP Statistics
- List of RCDB problems with electron beam energy from Alexandre
- The average electron beam energy for the production runs for CPP/NPP
Run list

- 101162&3 Data from FDC crate roc 61 corrupted 7/19 (very short)
- 101182-101184 - bad data from replaced fADC board in FCAL? Time distribution got better after firmware updated (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4018251) but should check these runs.
- 101204-101207 - Run Parameters not properly recorded in the RCDB
- 101616-101618 Rates look bad - see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4030723
- 100559 FDC pkg 3 cell 6 looks like it has bad timing from one fadc.
- 100653,100654 No physics triggers (PS only)
- 100855 magnet ramping
- 100898-100915 One fadc in FDC pkg 1 missing

- 101137-101172 One fadc in FDC pkg 1 missing
- 101385 TOF noncentral planes are noisy, hit time histo looks odd, occupancy lower than normal.

Data monitoring
First pass
Notes
- Runs with a possibly shifted coherent peak location (based on tagger occupancies) - 101434, 101616-8
Second pass
Notes
- Runs with coherent peak low or high (keep?):
- Runs with bad coherent peak:
- Runs with some shoulder or other feature showing up on the coherent peak (all are the first of one or two runs at 135/para):
Third pass
Notes
- 101155 has a bad TAGH TDC in the high energy region - will mask these channels
- 101385 - poor quality reconstruction in TOF and other detectors - near some strange running conditions, including a solenoid trip - just going to throw this one out
Launch v27
- Ilya found some FCAL timing problems for a few runs - for FCAL timing outliers seen on the monitoring plots: these channels have a large error bars, so he will process some rawdata files to get a more detailed information, hopefully by Monday..
- 101444 Two FDC TDC modules - time offset done
