Minutes/Actions
- Tungsten absorber changed from 15.2 cm square to 14.2 cm square
- Is existing 10" Kapton window adequate for KLONG radiation dosage? (Igor/Tim)
- Kapton is good for 6x10^9 RADS
- Is there enough space for a profiler and active collimator?
- Assume current AC and new profiler
- Bring AC and profiler 3D models into existing KPT model (Keith)
- Need to flip the location of the KPT assy to move north upon reinstall of GlueX (Keith)
- Need to address thermal fatigue of tungsten and beryllium by June (Tim)
- The review recommended an FMEA be performed for system failures such as cooling and power (Tim)
- Need to develop a plan for decommissioning and design but not procure the needed items (Tim)
- Make sure the tungsten composition is defined properly in power deposition and thermal models (Tim/Vitaly
- Hall A had some experience with tungsten heating
- We need to make sure RADCON approves the current design (Hovanes)
- Need to reissue overall layout for review (Keith)
